Position Overview: We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) passionate about orthopaedic surgery to join our team. The PA will work closely with our surgeons in both clinic and surgical settings.

Options: New graduates are welcome and will receive comprehensive training. Fluency in Korean is required.

Job Duties:

In Clinic:

Obtain patient histories and perform physical exams

Interpret x-ray and advanced imaging findings

Establish diagnoses and treatment plans

Document notes in EHR

Perform / assist with procedures (e.g., injections and casting)

Order appropriate laboratory or diagnostic tests

Manage patient phone calls and clinical messages

Call in hospital orders as needed

Assist with patient paperwork and forms

In Hospital / Surgery Center :

Arrive before scheduled cases to identify patients, help with positioning, and confirm instrument readiness

First assist the surgeon during procedures

Assist with wound closures, fitting braces/ casts, post-op orders, and PACU transfer

Make hospital rounds as required

Be on call for emergencies after hours and weekends if needed

Qualifications:

Active PA license in the state of California (or eligibility in process)

Passion for about orthopaedic surgery and patient-centered care

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Team-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Fluency in Korean
