• Primary Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Call Coverage: 6:00 PM – 7:00 AM (very few calls)
Scheduled Dates:
• May 16: Inpatient + PM call
• May 20: PM call
• June 3: Inpatient + PM call
• June 4: Inpatient
• June 5: Inpatient
• June 8: OR coverage
• June 11: PM call
• June 17: PM call
• June 26: Inpatient + PM call
• July 1: Inpatient + PM call
• July 2 – July 5: Inpatient
• July 6: OR coverage
• July 10, July 16, July 20: PM call
• August 26 – August 27: PM call

• Licensure: Active Idaho license required
o Insufficient time to license unless provider holds a Compact license

o Inpatient rounding
