Orthopedic Surgeon needed for Vacation Coverage in Cottonwood AZ! Will License!

Job description

Location: Cottonwood AZ
Nov 27(7am)-Dec 1 (7am)
24 hour beeper call
Small hospital – no trauma
Support Staff: full APP support during the day and call-in APP support at night for first assist as needed.
Patients per day: Average surgical cases are 2 per day, minimal PM coverage needs (especially after 10PM. Average of 6 new consults/day
Patient Population/Age: adult
Department Description: hospital, 24 hour beeper coverage
EMR: Cerner
Special Procedures: Manage pelvic and acetabular fractures (not required). Peds would also be preferred but not required.
Experience: Level 1 trauma experience required

Requirements:
Board Certification: BC in Orthopedic Surgery
Will License
DEA: yes
CSR: no
Certifications Required: ATLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
