Orthopedic Surgeon needed in AZ!

Job description

-UPPER AND LOWER endoscopies required in the last 12 months (10+ of each)
-Shift Details:
• 24-hour beeper call
• 4-6 hours of call back daily
-Work Details:
• Patients per day: 1 – 4
• EMR: Remote Cerner training will be needed the first day or prior to the first day which will take approx. 3-4 hours
• Hospital bed size: 87
• Case / Procedure Experience: Upper and lower endos required
-Practice Setting: Hospital
-Requirements:
• Board Certification: BC or BE in General Surgery
• License required: AZ licence, willing to license
• DEA: Yes
• Certifications required: BLS and ACLS
• Minimum experience required: 2+ years outside of Residency
-Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days

• 24 hour call
• Medical malpractice insurance provided
• Willing to license
