Orthopedic Surgeon needed in AZ!

Job description

-24 hour call and clinic 1/2 days
-Support Staff: APP first assisting not available, scrub techs available in OR for case completion
-Patients per day: Average surgical cases are 2 per day, minimal PM coverage needs (especially after 10PM. Average of 6 new consults/day
-Patient Population/Age: adult
-Department Description: hospital, 24 hour beeper coverage
-EMR: Cerner
-Special Procedures: Manage pelvic and acetabular fractures and pediatrics
-Practice Setting: Hospital and clinic
-Requirements:
-Board Certification: BC or BE in Orthopedic Surgery
-License Required: AZ license, willing to license
-DEA: yes
-Certifications Required: BLS
-Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
-Credentialing: 21 days

• 2+ month contract
• Medical malpractice insurance provided
• Willing to license
