Shift Details: 24-hour Beeper Call and Call back. Call response Time required: 15 minutes

Work Details:
• Patients per day: 5-7
• Department Beds in Beds: 12
• Department description: Inpatient/Outpatient both required. Trauma Level 4 facility.
• Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 MA
• Rounding: both
• Admissions: required - 6 or less
• Patient Consults: Yes

Practice Setting:
• Inpatient / Outpatient

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Certified
• License required: Licensed in AZ or IMLC

Credentialing Timeframe: 5-7 Days
