Orthopedic Surgery Opportunity – Arizona

Start Date: August and September coverage available
Schedule: 24-hour call coverage
Dates Needed:

07:00 08/07 – 07:00 08/10
07:00 09/28 – 07:00 10/01

Work Details:
• Hospital-based practice with 24-hour beeper call coverage
• Average of 2 surgical cases per day
• Approximately 6 new consults per day
• Minimal PM coverage needs, especially after 10:00 PM
• Adult patient population
• Cerner EMR
• Scrub techs available in the OR for case completion
• Manage pelvic and acetabular fractures and pediatric cases
• Clinic and hospital responsibilities

Requirements:
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Arizona license required (IMLC LOQ will be considered)
• DEA required
• BLS required
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Credentialing timeframe: approximately 21 days
