Job description

Seeking a BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon for short-term 24-hour call coverage in Arizona.

Coverage dates:
August 7 at 7:00 AM through August 10 at 7:00 AM
October 1 at 7:00 AM through October 3 at 7:00 AM
or through October 5 at 7:00 AM

Assignment details:
24-hour beeper call
Approximately 2 surgical cases per day

Adult orthopedic coverage with bread-and-butter cases
Must be comfortable managing pelvic and acetabular fractures
Cerner EMR
Arizona license required; IMLC candidates accepted
Travel, lodging and rental car covered

One year of experience required
BLS and DEA required
