Job description

Seeking a Board‑Certified Orthopedic Surgeon for inpatient call coverage in Dover, DE. This assignment includes 24‑hour call shifts with a flexible schedule for candidates able to provide expanded coverage.

Position Details
Schedule: 24‑hour call (7a–7a)
Shifts: 6 shifts per month
Extra Coverage: Long weekend + 2 additional days currently

*If a candidate can cover all 6 days consecutively, schedule accommodations can be made

Setting: Inpatient
EMR: EPIC
Credentialing: 60+ days

Bread‑and‑butter Orthopedic Surgery
Standard inpatient orthopedic call and consults

Requirements
Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon
Active Delaware license or IMLC LOQ accepted
