Job description

Assignment Details
• Start Date: ASAP upon credentialing
• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Coverage Type: Scheduled + No Call
• Schedule: Approximately 1–2 non-consecutive Saturdays per month
• Shift: Day shift, approximately 7:00 AM–3:00 PM; hours subject to confirmation
• Coverage Need: Approximately 2 shifts per month
• Call: None

Work Details
• Specialty: Orthopedic Spine Surgery
• Patient Population: Adults
• Practice Description: Outpatient orthopedic spine and pain management practice
• Procedures:
o Medial branch blocks/facet injections
o Radiofrequency ablation
o Epidural steroid injections
o Bread-and-butter orthopedic spine procedures
o Additional routine procedures based on provider skill set

Practice Setting
• Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)
• Outpatient orthopedic spine and interventional pain practice

Requirements
• Orthopedic spine surgery experience
• Ability to independently evaluate and treat spine patients
• Independent proficiency with MBB/facet injections, RFA, and epidural procedures
• Comfortable treating both orthopedic spine and pain management patients
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active Florida license required
• DEA required
• Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 30–45 days
