Locum Orthopedic Spine Surgeon | Outpatient Spine & Pain Practice | Tampa (Wesley Chapel), FL | 1–2 Saturdays/Month

Job description

Start: November 16, 2026 (or as soon as credentialed)
Length: Ongoing
Coverage: Outpatient orthopedic spine and pain management practice
Schedule: 1–2 Saturdays per month (non-consecutive); hours TBD
Call: No call
Practice Setting: Outpatient orthopedic spine and pain management practice
Patient Population: Adults
Procedures: Medial branch blocks, facet injections, RFA, epidural steroid injections, and routine orthopedic spine procedures

• Independent evaluation and treatment of spine patients
• Interventional pain procedures: MBB/facet, RFA, and epidurals
• Comfortable managing both orthopedic spine and pain management patients

Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery with orthopedic spine surgery experience
• Independently proficient in MBB/facet, RFA, and epidural injections
• Active Florida license and DEA required
• Local candidates highly preferred (travel may be considered)
• Credentialing: approximately 30–45 days
