This is Sergio Cayetano with Aya Locums. I’m reaching out to share a new Orthopedic Surgery locum opportunity w/ convenient access to Chicago. See below for details:

Level II Trauma Center
📅 Start Date: July or as soon as credentialed
📆 Contract Length: 6 months
🗓 Schedule: 4 days/week (2 clinic + 2 OR days)

🏥 Practice Details
• Established team of 6 Orthopedic Surgeons (11 total providers)
• Patient Volume: 25–30 patients/day in clinic
• Surgical Volume: ~8–10 cases per week
• 💻 EMR: Epic

🩺 Clinical Scope
• Sports Medicine focus: ACL/MCL/PCL, meniscus, ligament repairs
• Balanced mix of elective and trauma-related cases

🩺 Call Structure
• Weeknight Call: ~1 night/week (shared with group; some weeks none)
• Weekend Call: 1:7 (Friday 5p – Monday 7a)

🩺 Requirements
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship Trained in Sports Medicine
• Active Illinois license or IMLC
