• May 11 7a– 18 7a
• June 15 7a- June 22 7a

Types of Cases: General Orthopedic cases
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 to 60 days, can do temporary privileges with clear background and no malpractice.
Board certified
Active Kentucky license and DEA

• Monday-Friday clinic & call, 24 hour weekend pager call.
• ASAP start with 3-7 shifts a month ongoing
