Orthopedic Surgery in Ketucky

Job description

Location: London & Corbin, KY

Assignment: May 11 (7a) – May 18 (7a) + ongoing monthly coverage

Schedule: 24-hour call coverage

Practice Details:
• Mix of hospital call, surgery, and clinic (clinic coverage on Wednesdays)
• General orthopedic procedures including fractures and injury care
• Hospitalist team handles admissions
• Average 10–15 consults and 10–15 patients per day
• EMR: Epic
• Strong support staff including clinic CMAs and full OR team

Facilities:
• Saint Joseph London Hospital
• Baptist Health Corbin

Credentialing:
• Approximately 30 days for both facilities
• Emergency temporary privileges available for providers with a clean file

Requirements:
• Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
• Active Kentucky license
• Completed residency (fellowship if applicable)
• Clean malpractice/background for temp privileges
• BLS & DEA (required at credentialing)
• Full availability for scheduled dates

• 7 Days Per Month
• 24 Hour Call
