Facility in Atlantic City, NJ seeking Lucrative Ortho locums coverage Rates: $3000 - 7am - 5 pm in house $350 night pager fee $400/hr night call back Assignment Details: Coverage Period: June 15 – August 15: Full-time 24/7 coverage (In-house 7 AM–5 PM; Night call 5 PM–7 AM)​ Intermittent Coverage: August 15 – September 10: Weekends, call, and day shifts​ Call Schedule: 1:3 ratio; minimum of 10 days per month, with potential for up to 14 days​ Clinic Duties: One half-day per week, averaging 5–10 patients from the indigent population​ Clinical Responsibilities: Manage 3–5 orthopedic trauma surgical cases daily​ Provide general orthopedic trauma care, including adult, geriatric, and pediatric cases​ Perform procedures such as hip total joint replacements and revisions​ No arthroscopy or percutaneous disc surgeries required​ Facility Information: Trauma Level: Level II​ EMR System: Cerner​ Operating Rooms: 7​ Orthopedic Surgeons: 10 private practice providers​ Patient Demographics: Primarily adult and geriatric; no pediatric cases currently​ Requirements: Board Certification in Orthopedic Surgery​ Active New Jersey medical license (no exceptions)​ BLS certification​ Availability for a minimum of 10 call days per month​ Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60 days​
