Assignment Details
• Start Date: ASAP upon credentialing / October 2026
• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Coverage Type: Scheduled + No Call
• Schedule: One 8-hour shift every 4–6 weeks
• Shift Time: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Call Requirements: None
• Location: Hazlet, New Jersey

Work Details
• Adult patient population
• Morning ASC-based surgical and procedural cases
• Office exams following surgery center coverage
• Interventional pain procedures, including:
o Medial branch blocks/facet injections
o Radiofrequency ablation
o Epidural steroid injections
o Other routine orthopedic spine procedures based on skill set

Practice Setting
• Ambulatory Surgery Center
• Clinic/private practice
• Outpatient orthopedic spine practice

Requirements
• Orthopedic spine surgery experience
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active New Jersey license required
• DEA required
• Ability to independently evaluate and treat spine patients
• Proficiency with MBB/facet injections, RFA, and epidurals
• Comfortable treating both orthopedic spine and pain management patients
• Local candidates highly preferred; travel candidates may be considered
• Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 30–45 days
