Position Details:
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic, Hospital & Surgical Blocks
Patient Population: 100% Adult
Practice Mix: 95%+ Outpatient | <5% Inpatient
Current Providers: 2 Physicians
EMR: Epic
Trauma Designation: Level I Trauma Center

Facility & Support:
Onsite Laboratory
Onsite X-Ray Services
2–3 Exam Rooms
Dedicated support from 1 Nurse and 1 Receptionist

Candidate Requirements:
Must live within a 40-mile radius of the facility or be willing to relocate
Locum candidates not accepted
H-1B visa candidates welcome
