Orthopedic Surgeon needed for coverage in Oregon

Need a provider to cover both clinic and OR
Typical schedule: Monday in the OR (7am-3pm or earlier). Tuesday- Thursday are clinic days from
8am-5pm.
Patients per shift: 12-15
EMR: EPIC
Open to any availability a provider can offer. We can look at providers who can do halftime (2-3 days a week) or do providers who can do 1 week on/1 week off. There is an option for call if a provider is interested in covering. We are looking for 8 days a call of month including a weekend. Weekday call would be 5pm-7a and
weekend call 7a-7a.

MUST be board certified, MUST have active OR license
