Orthopedic Surgeon needed in Florence, OR:
• Contract Length: 18 weeks
• Schedule: Monday -Friday hour shifts
• Call Requirements: Weeknight and weekend call
• Practice Setting: Hospital & Clinic
• EMR: Epic
• Job Details: Ortho Surgery

Requirements:
• State License: Active OR license required
• Certifications: BLS
• Credentialing: 90-120 days
