📍 Location: Florence, Oregon
📅 Start Date: September 17, 2026
🕒 Shift Description: Clinic coverage with 8-hour weekday shifts, along with night and weekend call. The physician will be working independently.
🗓 Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8-hour clinic days with night and weekend call. Assignment approved through January 25, 2027.
🏥 Practice Setting: Orthopedic Surgery | Adult & Pediatric patients

Requirements:
• Active Oregon license required at the time of presentation
• Recent Epic experience (within the last 6 months) is required
• Comfortable working independently

Travel and lodging are provided.
