Aya Locums is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon to provide scheduled clinical coverage plus required night and weekend call at an inpatient facility in Oregon. This opportunity offers a mix of hospital and clinic work, orthopedic trauma cases, and the autonomy to practice independently while caring for both adult and pediatric patients.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: September 2026
• Coverage Type: Scheduled + On Call
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour days with required night and weekend call
• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Shift Types: Day, Night & Weekend
• Night & Weekend Call: Required

Work Details

• Hospital Size: 21 beds
• Patient Population: Adults & Pediatrics
• Hospital Volume: Approximately 2 patients per day
• Clinic Volume: Approximately 12–20 patients per day
• Rounding & Admissions: Both required
• Required Procedures: Orthopedic trauma within scope of privileges
• Working Solo: Yes
• EMR: Epic — recent Epic experience within the last 6 months is required

Requirements
• Oregon License: Active Oregon license
• Certification: BLS required
• Recent Clinical Activity: Clinical practice within the previous 24 months is required
• Case Documentation: Applicant must provide a case list documenting at least 100 patients representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested within the previous 24 months
• Case list must include the diagnosis or procedure, date, and facility where performed
• Epic Experience: Must have worked in Epic within the last 6 months
