Opportunity:
Physician (MD) - Orthopaedic Surgery

Job Details:
• Provide call coverage for specific dates: June 30, July 1, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9
• Must be actively licensed in Pennsylvania
• Board Certified or Board Eligible with the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery required
• MD or DO degree from accredited medical school required
• Accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency completion required
• Must have at least 100 general orthopedic procedures within past 12 months OR successful completion of ACGME or AOA-accredited residency/fellowship within past 12 months
• Perform arthroscopy procedures
• Conduct total joint replacements including knee (required) and hip (preferred)
• Handle joint revision and repair procedures for shoulder, hip, and knee
• Perform tendon release/repair and peripheral nerve surgery
• Experience with spinal procedures with and without instrumentation preferred (cervical, thoracic, lumbar)
• Percutaneous disc surgery experience preferred
• Hand surgery experience preferred
• Level 1 trauma center environment
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 10 days
• Hospital will arrange lodging accommodations
• Convenient airport access via Latrobe or Pittsburgh

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
