Orthopedic Consult Provider Needed in Houston, TX!

Contract Length: Ongoing

Shift Details: Part-time, 2-3 ½ days per week to start, flexible on exact days and can work with our providers. Opportunities for Saturdays as well.

Schedule: Part-time

Work Details:  
• Amount of coverage needed per month: Two openings; part-time, flexible on hours.
• Patients per day: Up to 15 consults per half day at most
• Patient population/age: Adults, primarily 18-60, sometimes have minors and rarely geriatrics
• Department Description: Outpatient Pain Management facility
• Special Procedures: No procedures, only giving consultation.

Requirements: 
• Orthopedic background is required
• Board Certification: Yes
• State license required: TX
• DEA: Yes
• Minimum experience required: N/A

Credentialing time frame: 2 weeks

• Flexible Scheduling- Part-Time
• 2 Week Credentialing Time Frame
• Consultations only
