Schedule: We are looking for one provider to cover one weekend of call coverage a month (Friday at 7am- Monday at 7am). This is beeper call only so they will not need to be onsite the entire weekend.

· Support staff: Yes
· Providers Requested: 1
· Trauma Level: 2
· EMR: Epic
· Low volume expected, only called in for emergency surgeries.
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes – Eligible
· License required: Active TX License Only
· Certifications required: ACLS, ATLS, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
