This medical center is a well-established healthcare facility that serves the Walla Walla community and surrounding region. The facility maintains trauma level 3 designation and provides comprehensive orthopedic services to patients in need of specialized surgical care.

Opportunity:
Physician - Orthopaedic Surgery

Job Details:
• Provide orthopedic surgery call coverage for specific dates: July 3-5, 29 and August 5, 10, 18-19, 25-31
• Work 24-hour beeper call shifts from 7am to 7am
• Handle 2-4 patient encounters per shift with inpatient coverage
• Must be board certified in Orthopedic Surgery
• Required skills include arthroscopy and total joint replacement (hip and knee)
• Hand surgery and tendon release/repair experience preferred
• Must maintain active Washington state license or IMLC eligibility
• DEA registration required
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 30 days
• Fellowship training required (2 years)

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
