Orthopedic Surgeon Locums – Coupeville, WA | 1 Week/Month Call Coverage

Job description

We are seeking a Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon for a locum tenens opportunity in Coupeville, Washington.

Assignment Details:
Coverage Need: One week per month
Schedule: 24-hour call coverage, Monday 7:00 AM – Monday 7:00 AM
Includes limited clinic coverage for acute visits and post-operative follow-ups
Clinic hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Practice Setting:
Hospital-based orthopedic surgery practice
Support staff includes OR, ED, clinic MAs, RNs, and PA support

Clinical Responsibilities:
Orthopedic call coverage
Acute orthopedic consultations
Post-operative follow-up care
Average consult volume: 0–2 patients per day

Required Experience & Skills:
General Orthopedic Surgery and trauma

Requirements:
Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
Active Washington license or IMLC
Washington DEA
BLS certification

Additional Information:
Credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days
Facility arranges and covers travel, lodging, and rental car
Holiday rate available
