Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon – Level I, Coastal South Florida (Call-Only)

Location: Coastal South Florida
Setting: Level I trauma hospital | EMR: Cerner
Dates: Scattered October 2025 24-hour call shifts (pick your days)
Type: Call-only (no clinic)

Snapshot
• High-acuity trauma coverage with strong inpatient/ED support
• Mix: ED consults, inpatient admits/rounding, operative cases as needed
• Flexible 24-hour call dates—great for surgeons layering into an existing schedule

Requirements
• Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
• Florida medical license and ACLS
• Comfortable managing bread-and-butter fractures and urgent ortho consults in a Level I environment
• Prior Cerner experience preferred (quick learners welcome)

Logistics
• Temporary privileges available
• Malpractice with tail provided
• Travel & lodging arranged if needed (local/regional candidates encouraged)
