Exciting Orthopedic Trauma opportunity in Ohio! We are seeking a Orthopedic Trauma Physician with coverage available for up to 1 year!

Full-time coverage is preferred, but flexible scheduling arrangements are welcome based on provider availability.

Opportunity Highlights:
Orthopedic Trauma
- Coverage: Up to 1 year
- Setting: Academic Medical Center
- Trauma Centers: Level I & Level III
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Typical Hours: 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Onsite Coverage
- Call: Limited — anticipated to be only a couple of days per month
- EMR: Epic
- Ohio licensing assistance available

Clinical Focus:
Provide comprehensive orthopedic trauma care, with the primary focus on:
- Pelvic fractures, Long-bone fractures, Lower-extremity trauma, Hip and below injuries, Complex orthopedic trauma cases
- Not included: Hand, wrist, or spin. trauma.

Support:
You’ll work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary, including:
- 3 Trauma Surgeons
- Approximately 3 PAs/NPs per shift
- Approximately 3 residents per shift
- Additional physician support available throughout the hospital
- Residents cover the Emergency Department, while the attending provides imaging review and clinical oversight as needed.

Patient Volume:
- Annual trauma volume is approximately 350–475 patients, depending on the year.
- The patient includes all ages, with the majority being 13 years and older. Pediatric trauma is uncommon.
