Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon – Ohio | Level I Trauma

Position Details
Monday–Friday onsite coverage
Approximately 6a–4p, with flexibility based on call schedule
Full-time preferred, but flexible coverage considered
Coverage across Level I and Level III Trauma Centers
Primarily Orthopedic Trauma with pelvis & long-bone fractures
Strong focus on lower-extremity trauma — hip and below
No hand, wrist or spine trauma
Approximately 350–475 trauma patients annually
Residents cover the ED with attending oversight
Support includes 3 Trauma Surgeons, ~3 PAs/NPs & 3 residents per shift
Only a couple of call days per month anticipated
Epic EMR
Academic medical center environment
