Job description

An exciting Orthopedic Trauma Surgery locums opportunity is available in Pennsylvania, within a high-volume academic trauma program. This position offers dedicated trauma OR time, strong resident support, and a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

Assignment Details
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Schedule: 12- to 24-hour call coverage
Dedicated trauma and block OR time Monday–Friday
Postoperative clinic coverage
Approximately 320 operative cases annually

Practice Setting:
Level II Trauma Center
Academic / teaching environment
Fully accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency Program
Collaboration across Orthopedics, Trauma, Anesthesia, and Critical Care
Resident and postoperative clinic support
EMR: Epic

Requirements:
MD or DO
Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
Fellowship-trained in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery
Active Pennsylvania medical license
2–3 years of experience preferred
