This is Dominique Hodges with Aya Locums. I am representing a hospital in Coupeville, WA needing Orthopedic Surgery Physician coverage. Assignment Details:

Coverage Needed: One week per month
Schedule:
24-hour call coverage, Monday 7:00 AM – Monday 7:00 AM (7 consecutive days)
Clinic hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, though clinic responsibilities are typically minimal
Patient Volume: 0–2 consults per day
Patient Population: Ages 5+
EMR: Meditech Expanse

Work Details:

General orthopedic surgery coverage
Must be comfortable with orthopedic trauma cases, including:
Hip fractures
Hemiarthroplasties
Wrist fractures
Ankle fractures
Humerus fractures

Requirements:

State License: Active Washington license required (IMLC accepted if WA eligible)
Board Certification: Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
DEA: Washington DEA required
Certifications: BLS required
Experience: Minimum 3 years required
Additional Requirements: Clean background required
Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days
