Part-Time CRNA – Office-Based ENT Procedures (M/T/Th Only) | $180–$220/hr | Northwest Suburbs, IL

We are a growing ENT and sinus surgery practice in Schaumburg, IL, seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team part-time (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays). This role is perfect for a CRNA looking for consistency, autonomy, and work-life balance no weekends, no holidays, no call.

This is not your typical hospital OR position. Our practice performs minimally invasive, in-office procedures (such as balloon sinuplasty and turbinate reductions) in a well-equipped, controlled setting with a low-acuity patient base. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with a skilled ENT team and help redefine patient-centered care outside of a traditional OR.

What You’ll Do
Provide monitored anesthesia care (MAC) for in-office ENT procedures

Conduct pre-op evaluations and post-procedure assessments

Monitor patients’ vitals and comfort throughout the procedure

Maintain documentation in line with HIPAA and best practices

Ensure availability of anesthesia medications and equipment

Contribute to a collaborative, high-functioning outpatient surgical team

What We’re Looking For
Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA)
Illinois APRN license with active prescriptive authority
DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License (or ability to obtain before start)
ACLS & BLS certified
1+ year of CRNA experience (outpatient, ENT, or office-based a plus)
Confident working autonomously in a small surgical setting
Professional, reliable, and patient-focused

• Predictable schedule and low-stress clinical environment
• Part-time (16–24 hours/week) Set days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday only Pay: $180–$220 per hour (1099 or W2)
