ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Duration: Intermittent coverage through January 2027, with additional dates in 2027 as needed
Setting: Inpatient
Coverage Type: 24-hour call
EMR: Cerner
Credentialing: ASAP; emergency/temporary privileges not available

SCHEDULE
October 30, 3:00 PM – November 2, 7:00 AM
November 27, 3:00 PM – December 6, 3:00 PM
December 26, 3:00 PM – January 1, 3:00 PM
Additional coverage dates throughout 2027, to be determined.
Clinic: None. Call coverage only.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide ENT call coverage for the emergency department.
Manage inpatient ENT consultations.
Provide appropriate evaluation and treatment for patients requiring ENT services.


REQUIREMENTS
Board certification in Otolaryngology – required
Active California medical license – required
DEA registration – required
Clean background and malpractice history – required
