Job description

Practice setting- Clearly define exactly what the work setting will be and what is expected of the locums (include patient volume and support staff) – INPATIENT -- 1 MD & 2 PA in group
Shift Schedule details and duration – Clinic Mon-Fri, & Weekend Call. Provider must be able to commit to AT LEAST 2 weeks per month that are CONSECUTIVE. The preference is to have someone that can cover 3-4 weeks though. Coverage must be consecutive. The need will continue for at least 6 months.
Call Schedule / Responsibilities – Rounding, consults completed in person. Weekend 24 hr call
What specific procedures are required? – Standard ENT surgeries and procedures - current FT surgeon will take on specialty cases
EMR- SCM
