Job description

Schedule: September 22nd – September 30th with possibility of extension
Practice Setting: 24‑hour call coverage
Types of Cases: Bread and Butter Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT): manages a balance of outpatient clinic consultations, elective surgical cases, and emergency hospital call coverage
Credentialing Timeframe: ~ 60 days
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
Certifications Required: Board Certification
Licensure Required: Must have active Oregon license, DEA, BLS or ACLS
