Job description

Otolaryngology (ENT), MD Needed in Oregon:
Start Date: 10/1/2026 or As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 5 Days, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- 8:00am-5:00pm (clinic) 8:30am-4pm (surgical center), 5pm-8am (night call), 24hr call (8am-8am). 1 week per month. Lunch 1 hour. Provider will work in clinic Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.

- Inpatient/Outpatient
Oregon State License NOT Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
