LOCUMS 24h ON CALL ENT COVERAGE IN PENNSLYVANIA

Job description

Call/Shift: 24‑hour call (7:00 AM–7:00 AM); call model 1:4

Scheduled Coverage (one-week blocks):
2 weeks between Sept 1 and Oct 11
2 weeks between Oct 12 and Nov 21 (ideally some coverage around Oct 17–20)
2 weeks between Nov 23 and Dec 31 (prefer week of Thanksgiving Nov 23–29 and week of Christmas Dec 21–27)

Monthly coverage needed: ~1 week/month
Hours of callback per day: 4–6 hours

Patient population: all ages
Department: Level I Trauma — high acuity, multidisciplinary support
Support staff: OMFS available (not on-site); Plastic surgery on-site
EMR: Epic
Practice setting: Hospital-based

Requirements:
Board Certified (BC) or strongly Board Eligible (BE)
State medical license required (PA); allow time to obtain license
DEA registration required
Minimum experience: ≥1 year
