ENT – Pennsylvania

Coverage Needed:
• 5:00 PM 7/10 – 5:00 PM 7/15
• 5:00 PM 7/22 – 5:00 PM 7/29
• 7:00 AM 8/7 – 7:00 AM 8/10

Highlights:
• Temporary privileges available for providers with a clean file
• Combination of clinic, OR, and call coverage for a varied practice experience
• Ongoing coverage need with a well-established hospital-based practice

Schedule:
• Monday–Friday: Clinic and/or Procedures (8-hour days)
• Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• OR Hours: 7:30 AM–3:30 PM
• Saturday/Sunday: 24-hour call coverage

Practice Details:
• Hospital and clinic setting
• 25–30 patients per day
• All ages (0 months–99 years)
• EMR: Epic
• 275-bed hospital
• On-call and surgical responsibilities required
• 2 hours gratis

Requirements:
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC Letter of Qualification required at presentation
• DEA required
