Job description

📍 Location: Pennsylvania

📅 Start Date: ASAP
Approval End Date: April 30, 2027

🕒 Shift Description: Clinic hours are 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch. Overtime hours may be 7:30 AM–3:30 or 4:00 PM.

🗓 Shift Schedule:

5 OR days per month
7 clinic days per month
December 23 at 7:00 AM through December 29 at 7:00 AM: 24-hour call coverage

🏥 Practice Setting: Clinic and surgery; all ages seen in clinic. Outpatient surgical cases include all ages, with admitted patients transferred out.

🪪 Licensure: Active Pennsylvania PA license or IMLC eligibility. Client is willing to license IMLC providers.
