Job Details:

• Dates needed: 3/20 - 4/2; please only bid if available for the requested dates
• Weekday schedule includes 8 hours of clinic/OR/rounding and 16 hours of unrestricted ED/Trauma call with a 30-minute response time
• Weekend schedule includes 4 hours of clinic/OR/rounding and 20 hours of unrestricted ED/Trauma call with a 30-minute response time
• Types of cases treated include tonsils, adenoids, tubes, ear surgery, head and neck surgery, trauma (pediatric and adult), allergies, and audiological evaluation
• Perform general otolaryngology services, both surgical and non-surgical
• Conduct endoscopic procedures including septal, sinus, bronchoscopy (flexible and rigid), and laryngoscopy
• Perform tracheotomy and thyroidectomy procedures
• Perform extended parotidectomy and radical neck surgery
• Provide facial reconstruction and facial surgery including blepharoplasty and rhinoplasty
• Manage complex and general head and neck cases
• Must hold an active PA license or IMLC
• Board certification required; credentialing timeframe approximately 14 days
• Nearest airport is Pittsburgh with lodging arranged by the facility
