Location: Lenoir, NC

Start: November

13-week assignment with the option to extend

Schedule Details: Tues-Thu 8a-5p

Work Details: Follow-up, med management and additional treatment plans. The onsite physician will provide ongoing training and support on the latest methods for diagnosing and treating both chronic and acute pain.

EMR/Charting Software:

Vaccines Mandatory?: Yes

Patient Age Group: adults

Procedures: Pain medicine interventions including injections and neuromodulation

Requirements: BLS and ACLS

Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: Yes, Board Cert Req'd

State License(s): North Carolina

DEA Req’d?: Yes

Years of Experience Req’d: 2 years in Pain Management Req'd

Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
