Pain Management NP/PA Opportunity – Hazlet, NJ (will license)

Job description

Location: Hazlet, NJ
Start Date: 06/29/2026
Assignment Length: 26 weeks

**Schedule:**

* Approximately 3 clinical shifts per month, plus ASC coverage
* Additional shifts may be available based on volume
* Shift times TBD
* No call required

**Practice Setting:**

* Outpatient pain management and MSK-focused practice
* Coverage across 3 clinic locations and an ASC (Egg Harbor Township and Cherry Hill)
* Settings include clinic/private practice and ambulatory surgery center

**Work Details:**

* Adult patient population
* Procedures include trigger point injections and joint injections (knee, shoulder, etc.)
* Assist with spine/disc procedures (no advanced interventional procedures required)
* Patient preparation, education, and pre/post-procedure care
* Strong focus on patient evaluation and clinical decision-making

**Requirements:**

* Board Certified NP or PA
* Active NJ license required
* DEA required
* MSK/pain management experience preferred
* Comfortable working across multiple sites

**Credentialing:**

* Timeframe TBD

This is a flexible opportunity for providers seeking outpatient pain management work in a multi-site, collaborative setting.
