Pain Management APP needed in Noblesville, IN:
• Start Date: August 2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: M-Th 8a-5p; Fri 8a-12p
• Call Requirements: None
• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• EMR: eClinicalWorks
• Job Details: Joint injections, trigger point injections, opioid prescribing, etc

Requirements:
• State License: Active IL license NOT required
• Certifications: DEA, CSR
• Credentialing: 60-90 days
