Schedule: TBD (typically M–F)
Hours: Standard clinic hours
🏥 Practice Setting
Setting: Outpatient clinic
EMR: eClinicalWorks (preferred)
🩺 Work Details

Responsibilities Include:

Evaluating and managing patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
Developing and implementing treatment plans
Medication management, including controlled substances
Patient education and follow-up care
Documentation and care coordination

Pain management
Musculoskeletal and neurologic conditions
Non-interventional and interventional support
✅ Requirements
Active Nurse Practitioner license (state-specific)
Board Certification (FNP, AGNP, or relevant specialty)
Minimum 2–3+ years of experience in:
Pain management, orthopedics, neurology, or related field
Strong knowledge of controlled substance prescribing and monitoring
Experience with EMR systems (eClinicalWorks preferred)
DEA license and controlled substance registration
Strong clinical judgment and bedside manner
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Experience in interventional pain management
Familiarity with:
Joint injections
Trigger point injections
