Job description

Pain Management APP locum opportunity available in Hazlet, NJ. This is a part-time role with a mix of clinic and ASC coverage.

Schedule:
• Start: June 2026
• Approximately 3 shifts per month
• Day shifts (times TBD)
• No call

Practice:
• Outpatient clinic + ambulatory surgery center
• Adult patient population
• MSK-focused pain management
• Procedures include trigger point and joint injections
• Coverage across multiple clinic locations

Requirements:
• Board Certified NP or PA
• Active NJ license (Willing to license: Yes)
• DEA required
• MSK or pain management experience preferred

Credentialing:
• Standard timeframe
