Job description

Coverage: Scheduled clinic hours

Schedule:

Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–5:00pm

Friday: 8:00am–12:00pm

Start: ASAP due to provider resignation (Dec 23)

EMR: Epic preferred

Clinical Scope

Patient Volume: 18–20 patients/day (mix of new patients and follow-ups)

Patient Profile: Chronic pain and medication management cases

Responsibilities Include:

Managing both opiate and non-opiate medications

Performing and interpreting urine drug screens

Prescribing narcotics safely and confidently

Conducting evaluations, adjusting care plans, and ensuring compliance

Ideal candidate has foundational pain management experience

Requirements

Active New Mexico license required

Strong comfort with medication management in chronic pain populations
