✅ Qualifications
✔️ Active New York State Physician Assistant license
✔️ Board Certification is required
✔️ Open to new graduates; part-time applicants must have experience in pain management
✔️ Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
✔️ Familiarity with chronic pain protocols and medication management

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Evaluate and treat patients experiencing acute and chronic pain
✔️ Prescribe appropriate medications and coordinate treatment plans
✔️ Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
✔️ Prepare patients for exams and perform routine procedures (vitals, injections, etc.)
✔️ Assist with minor procedures when required
✔️ Maintain detailed documentation of patient histories and treatments
✔️ Communicate effectively with supervising physicians and the care team
✔️ Provide compassionate care and patient education on pain management techniques
✔️ Ensure compliance with clinical and safety standards
