ARNP or Physician Assistant – Telehealth Pain Management and Mental Health Practice

Job description

Perform new patient assessments and follow-up visits via secure telehealth platform
Manage chronic pain treatment plans, including controlled substance oversight
Conduct medication reviews, refill management, and compliance monitoring including chronic opioid therapy
Review diagnostic studies, labs, imaging, and external medical records
Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, medications, and treatment expectations
Maintain thorough, accurate documentation within the EMR
Communicate with clinic staff regarding orders, concerns, and patient coordination
Follow state and federal pain management guidelines, including PMP requirements
Participate in periodic team meetings and case discussions

• We are a specialty pain management and mental health practice focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through both traditional and virtual platforms. Our telehealth program supports patients requiring ongoing chronic pain management, medication oversight, and follow-up care. We are seeking a skilled and dependable ARNP or Physician Assistant to provide telemedicine services to our Washington-based patient population.
• The ARNP/PA will conduct virtual evaluations, manage chronic pain treatment plans, and oversee medication management within Washington state/Oregon regulations. The ideal candidate is experienced, comfortable working independently, and committed to providing safe, compliant, evidence-based care.
• Fully remote telemedicine position. 90 day contract (extendable)
