ARNP or Physician Assistant – Pain Management and Mental Health Practice
Job description
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and follow-up appointments
Manage chronic pain treatment plans in accordance with state and federal guidelines
Perform medication management, including opioid therapy monitoring
Review imaging, diagnostic studies, and previous medical records
Provide patient education about treatment options, medications, and lifestyle modifications
Collaborate with physicians and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Document all encounters accurately and in a timely manner within the EMR
Participate in periodic staff meetings and clinical reviews
Adhere to best practices, compliance standards, and clinic protocols
Perform and assist with minor in-office procedures (e.g., joint injections, trigger point injections, or other interventional pain procedures as appropriate).
- We are a patient-centered pain management and mental health practice located in Federal Way, WA. Our practice focuses on providing compassionate, evidence-based care for patients with chronic pain, including interventional procedures, medication management, and multidisciplinary treatment approaches. We are seeking an experienced and motivated ARNP or Physician Assistant to join our in-office clinical team.
- The ARNP/PA will provide direct patient care under physician supervision, including new patient evaluations, follow-ups, medication management, and coordination of care. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a supportive medical and administrative team.
- In-office position located in Federal Way, WA. 90 day contract (may be extended)
