Interventional Pain Management Physician Compensation & Benefits

Monday to Friday schedule
Extremely competitive compensation package

Interventional Pain Management Physician Qualifications & Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited School of Medicine
Must have a Medicine (MD) or a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology
May consider Board Certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
Must have at least 1 year of post-fellowship experience
Must have an active and unrestricted (without sanctions) Medical License and DEA License for Arizona
Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) / Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Must have high volume experience (40+ patients per day)
Must be in a practice that utilizes advanced procedures & techniques
